At the finish of an end

Article 27 – Boules Picked up before the Agreement of Points
At the finish of an end, any boule picked up before the agreement of points is dead if its position was not marked. No claims can be accepted on this subject.

Suppose one picks up a boule before the finnish of an end (thinking there were no more unplayed boule. Going by the title of Article 27 while leaving out:``At the finnish of an end``everything is fine and dandy!

But when you include: ``At the finnish of an end``then everything is not quite that fine and dandy since this was not at the finnish of an end.

So why include.... you know what!

Good point Guy,
It may be that the translation has lost a little there, but maybe its something that can be passed to International Umpires to check the wording on and maybe get the rules clarified

Boule Scanning Detector

Perhaps in the near future, there will be a gantry-crane mounted Boule-Scanning Detector (B.S. Detector)which will keep note of how many boules remain to be thrown (and which ones are "dead") and sound a Klaxon alarm if anyone attempts to lift a boule BEFORE all have been thrown. I"ll have to speak with a few of my engineering friends about this and get back with you.
