To all and any,
Lets keep this simple. That way we don't go off track. We, all of us, want a National Youth Program. Therefore, we need an internal working plan that has three phases of production:
1. Create a detailed Request for Investment (DFI) designed to present to a corporate sponsor, about 100 thousand bucks, that qualifies and quantifies the unique opportunity to fund a United States junior team, through regional and national qualifications, that shares the honor of representing the U.S.A. in the bi-annual World Junior Competition.
2. Establish a Coaches Volunteer Program that recognizes excellence in achievement within our petanque community.
3. Profers FPUSA committment throughout all phases, from Club Presidents and FPUSA Directors.
Here's how I see it at this early stage.
#1 is like an advertising contract. 20% to the individual or organization who produces the sale. The best presentation to the client, within written and approved parameters, wins the contract.
#2 is a club function with regional FPUSA Director administration. Two coaches per middle school per 10 players per team...for example.
#3 requires an FPUSA By-Law statement of duty and which names a newly established "Director of Youth".
Your thoughts please.
