Jim Butler can you explain for me why the FIPJP requires 5 years for transfering from one country to another and the FPUSA only requires 3 years?
This is in reference to playing in the World Cup.
I do not understand how this can be.

I notice you are on the FPUSA Board of Directors and appear to be their spokesperson to the world.

Terribably Confused,

Ben
