As a postscript, you might keep in mind that FPUSA, FIPJP, and all the other national groups have their own rules for any number of reasons. If you believe the rule should be changed, please draft a proposal for a rule change, explain why you believe it is appropriate, and send it to FPUSA. I don't think Stig wants his forums to become bogged down with postings that are better sent directly to FPUSA.
