Each team cannot count among them more than one player of any nationality other than that of the country for which it represents. However for the World Junior Championship, an exemption could be granted to young foreign born Juniors in the country where they are members.
To this end, for any interested parties, an official document attesting to their birth place will be required .
All qualified players must have been members for at least six months with the Federation for which they represent. On the other hand, foreign players taking part in this competition must be members for at least a year for Juniors and five years for Seniors with the Federation which they represent or not have ever had a licence if they are new players.
