If the person that starts first end thow his boule and it touch the barrier. Who´s then to throw?? Could enyone answer this?? Thanks

When you say it "touch(es) the barrier," I assume you either mean it has crossed the dead boule line or you are using "house rules" that designate touching the barrier as defining the dead boule. Either way, here is the rule:
Article 16 – Throwing of the First and Following Boules
If the first boule played goes out of play, the opponent plays and so on alternately while there are no boules on the designated playing area.
