Chris:

I have had great success with Petanque-America's owner, Philippe Boets.

Petanque America has VERY high quality petanque boules. My suggestion to you is to buy the Satin finish boules in the sets (non-competition) which are VERY high quality, and Name-Brand (OBUT is a big time maker of boules).

Much luck to you, have fun, and if you think of it, send photos of you guys playing petanque in Iraq.
