In the "RULES OF INDIVIDUAL SHOOTING COMPETITION" paragraph 4 it states:
"Validity of the shot The shot is valid when the impact of the shot takes place inside the circle where the targets and obstacles are situated."
What does "the Impact" mean?
Does it mean land within the circle?
