Team A points, Team B shoots and both boules leave the court. Which team plays next?

Are the boules considered equidistant, Art 28 (new FPUSA rules) and team B plays next, or perhaps Art 15 (new FPUSA rules) which says first boule goes out, opponent plays(but his goes out too, being the boule that knocked the other one out), so Team A goes again?

In this case, team A points the first boule of an end and team B shoots both out, it's team B that has to play again (new art. 28).

If team A points the first boule of an end its boule goes out, it's team B that has to play. If the boule of team B also goes out, it's team A that has to play, then alternately.

See new art. 15:
If the first boule played goes out-of-bounds, it is for the opponent to play first then alternately so long as there are no boules on the designated terrain.
