I think you are saying that the "La Boule Noire" website gave you a measurement of 74 mm for your hands. But, you already own boules that are 74 mm and these boules feel too big.
The 74 mm boules that you own are the Obut Match 115; and that perhaps you need smaller boules...
What I suggest is that you try a friend's boules which may be smaller in size and see if you prefer those.
I would trust an actual boule feel than what a measurement tool on the internet suggests.
