Is a player allowed to throw all 3 of his boule to gain the shot or do you have to take turns with your
Partner.

Petanque is a democratic game/sport so yes, a player is allowed to throw all 3 of his boules if he or his partner think this is the best tactic to adopt at a specific time of the game.
The players control the game, not a piece of paper.

Whilst you can throw all 3 boules its not often a good idea, I often think if 2 boules have been played and its no change its best to step back and allow your partner to try and change the situation.
Its December and very sunny here in Torrevieja Spain
