hello friends ..... happy year 2010. how to best basic tranining pointer. I have been playing almost 5tahun but still not be, the throw technique and focus. what techniques lob, semi-high lob lob helps a good pointer. what training is effective and sustainable in terms of movement throw hand, exercise plays a major role in the pointer. good relations with the idea. tq all friends good luck
