Acording to Masters Traditional Games,(www.mastersgames.com) "Scoring is the same as for Lawn Boules - the winner of the leg scores one point for each boule that is closer to the target than the opponents best boule. The team that reaches 13 points first, wins.

Do you mean a scoresheet for individual games or for the competition?

The English Pétanque Association publishers a Competition Organisers Manual which explains all the most common competition formats, with model forms.

If you're in New Zealand (?) I'm sure your national association http://www.petanquenz.com/ can help.

Regards.
