All kinds of sport activities are shown on a regular basis on television, but it is rather exceptional to see any petanque.
Would it be possible to inform all players when and where and in which country we can see some petanque on television ?
For example : I saw alreay the finals indoor French Championships, Le Mondial de la Petanque in Marseille (every year on TF2) and some others. But there is more (I think).
Question is when and where.
Perhaps someone already solved this problem ???

Hi there,
I've taken a look at the site quite a few times, but today was the first time I spent a fairly long time looking around. Congratulations, it's a very good site.
I am living in Germany and the latest news about Germany are, sorry to say, ancient. Do you have somebody supplying up to date information about what is going on in Germany? There certainly is quite a lot to give details on, providing someone is interested. There are a few websites like:
http://www.boulepool.de (independet for Germany)
http://www.petanque-dpv.de (official german petanque association site)
http://www.petanque-bw.de (official devision site Baden-Württemberg)
http://www.bouleportal.n-e-w.de (independent division site Baden-Württemberg)
They all link on to other sites in Germany. One can find tournament results within 5 days. Maybe theses sites will give a hand in updating the *German Sites*
Best wishes, and enjoy playing the game

P.S: i like opening a link in a new window of my browser. This prevents me from having to go back and back etc. to return to the actual site I am interested in. This is not possible on the petanque.org site. Maybe it could be possible to reduce the limitation of the 2nd mouse button to picts and text, but please not to links.

Hi Anya
I am aware that the news-coverage has been kind of slow lately. But our german editor has promised me to step up the coverage, but mainly for the international audience.
The users that are especially interested in German news should check out the german sites that you mentioned, as they will always give a good coverage.
cheers,

I'll update the section as soon as possible.
It is vital to remember that petanque.org is driven by the users - so if anything is missing, just tell us.
