The Scottish petanque-federation went to Samsun for the Womens world championship, and has sendt us a report from the event.
The photos and the scores tell a tale of successful participation well done with the photos to Mike and the ladies.
However the results show just how tough a draw they got.
In the main comp they were drawn in Group D (5) with France and Thailand who came second and third overall.
In the Coupe des Nations (knockout 'Plate') they were drawn against Belgium who won the Coupe des Nations.
