What happens when a player accidentally throws an opponentís boule instead of his own?
Firstly the player is given an official warning. The boule he/she threw is still valid but it must immediately be replaced with the correct boule. If this
situation was to occur again the playerís boule is disqualified and everything it has moved is put back in place (article 23). Yet another good
reason to mark the position of both cochonnet and boule during a game
